Even before booking we got the feel that Mathew was a great host! He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.. We arrived to a clean space with a lot of little extras to make it feel like home:) We had a few questions about the area and the response time was literally within 5 minutes! "This place is exactly as advertised! My family had the most amazing time. Even though this is right next to the beach having the pool is a MUST for my family. The kids didn't unpack and were in the pool as fast as they could get their swimsuits on. We started our day and ended our day everyday outside in this AMAZING backyard. We had everything we needed and Matthew was very clear with instructions and followed up making sure we didn't need anything..."

"I would be surprised if you could still get a reservation for the summer, but if you can....I would run not walk to the nearest reservation. The home is just as represented in photos...Top notch communication. This is a great value and such a beautiful spot. It’s right across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. For reference, I went to the Maldives for my honeymoon. This water rivaled the Maldives. I will definitely be back and hopefully to stay with Matt & Sarah.

What are your business hours?

We are a local small business & we're generally available by phone or email during regular business hours of 9AM-5PM CST Monday thru Friday. You can catch us occasionally after hours & on weekends.

Can we rent add-ons like bikes, boats, golf carts, and more?

While we do not directly offer these services, we have many great locally owned companies we recommend & sometimes have deals available for when mentioning you booked through us!

Can I get a full refund?

A refund for your stay at each one of our properties can vary based on the cancellation policy & seasonality, so please check the specific property you have in mind for the full details!

Do you offer any discounted rates?

While we are very competitively priced, we do offer discounted rates on occasion. Just shoot us a call for more info!
